In accordance with Article III, Section 1, of the By-Laws for INWOOD WEST COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, you are hereby notified of the annual meeting of owners to be held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Church at Willow Park.

One purpose of this meeting is the election of Directors.  There are currently three (3) positions available for election on the Board of Directors. Community-minded individuals are needed to assist with the business of the Association, and all homeowners and lot owners are eligible to participate. If you are interested in being a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors or would like to nominate another member of the Association to the Board, please write the name and address of the potential Board Member in the space provided below and mail this along with proof of ownership to Inwood West Community Improvement Association, c/o HCMS, 17049 El Camino Real, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77058, or fax to 281-218-6973, Attn: Mendi Carpenter.
